As Chief Operating Officer, Scott Radwan is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and executing the strategies of the top management team. For decades, Scott has been delivering strategic management expertise to Thunderbird and its manufacturing companies.

Scott's career began at NBD Bank in Detroit, Michigan, where he was a commercial lender before moving on to own two human resources consulting companies in Chicago. As a strategic consultant, Scott gained extensive experience with all aspects of the human capital management and operations management. Over the course of his career, he has led seminars and presentations on subjects such as leadership, empowerment, and the function of information systems in human resources. He has performed consulting work and completed projects for manufacturing companies in the automotive, steel, forging, plastics, and environmental management industries as well as for service companies in the financial, legal, insurance, employee leasing, social services, and sales representative industries. He also has worked with companies in the health care, warehousing, and food service industries.

He has performed dozens of workforce audits on potential mergers and acquisition candidates, and has extensive experience in organizational change management, post-merger integration, rapid growth hiring, plant openings, and workforce restructurings.

Joining Thunderbird in 2010, Scott has been a key member of strategic management and integral to the growth of the Company. Specifically, Scott was responsible for all aspect of the Human Capital component of each Thunderbird acquisition including diligence, closing, and post-merger integration.

His wealth of expertise led Scott to a role as co-host of the nationally syndicated radio show "Focus on the Workplace," which discussed employee relations and other issues related to employment.

Scott earned a bachelor's in finance and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University. He has attended numerous continuing education seminars on various aspects of human resources, labor law, negotiations, and strategy.
