Steve Talley amassed more than two decades of experience in helping organizations achieve their sales goals before joining Thunderbird as Director of Sales and Marketing. In this important strategic role, he is responsible for developing and executing sales and growth strategies for the Thunderbird portfolio of companies.
With a focus on building productive teams and nurturing customer connections, Steve brings valuable experience and an appreciation for manufacturing to the Thunderbird team. He forges rewarding relationships with teammates, clients, and customers that lead to successful outcomes for everyone. His deep knowledge of consultative selling and customer relationship management have earned him a respected reputation in the industry. He is well positioned to incorporate his experience leading large, multi-location organizations into supporting our family of Thunderbird companies across the United States.
Before joining Thunderbird, Steve led sales teams in environmental services and transportation and logistics. He has twice served at Tradebe Environmental Services, first as Director of Sales and later as Southeast Regional Manager. Steve also counselled on complex transportation and logistics needs as National Corporate Sales Manager for Action Resources Inc. These positions gave him the tools to elevate the strong Thunderbird family of brands.
Steve earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from Jacksonville State University in Jackson, Mississippi, where he was a member of the golf team.
